Overheard at BestBuy

Shopping at the local BestBuy the otherday, I overheard a sales rep say the following to a customer who asked why a 17" monitor was more expensive than a 19" flat-panel monitor:

"Because with a curved monitor surface you get more space. Think about it, a line drawn between two points is shorter than a curve drawn between two points..."

Yet another example of quality service...
